Whether you are new to the world of theatre, or have years of experience, either on stage or behind the scenes, you will be welcomed at CAST. Why not pop along to Colnbrook Village Hall on a Monday or Thursday evening from 8pm to 11pm and meet the team?

The Box Office for our Spring 2012 production of Jeckyll & Hyde is now open. This show will be staged as one of our ever popular 'Supper Evenings' with a choice of Fishcake, Sausage or Spring Roll (and Chips) served to the audience at their table during the interval. Tickets are £10 per head (no concessions) including hot supper.
Tables seat 8, so why not get a group together and enjoy an evening out with a great show, good food and the company of your friends and/or family? We'll even serve drinks to your table if you wish!

Jekyll and Hyde is a play for four men and four women. In this retelling of Robert Louis Stevenson's famous story, Dr Jekyll is introduced just as he is on the brink of discovering the key to man's inner reality. One evening he experiments on himself and finds to his delight that his formula works. Unfortunately, his "real" self turns out to be the monster Edward Hyde. Undaunted, Jekyll continues his researches, spending more and more time as Hyde and gradually the horrifying character of Hyde begins to take over. Jekyll's fiancee and friends slowly become aware of the changes in him but are powerless to help. Jekyll himself finds it more and more difficult to keep Hyde at bay and his initial delight soon turns to despair. When Hyde brutally murders one of the young maids, he realises his experiment has gone too far and he takes the only possible course of action left to him.

Our 2011 AGM was held on Thursday 4th August. The 2011/12 season sees Robert Ingham as Chairman with Steve Oakes as Treasurer and Becky Macklin as Secretary. Our committee for 2011/12 will be Chris Darbon, Ian Ward, Keith Hughes, Lucy English, Kim Kettle, Gemma Fisher, Kirstie Harvey and Leanne Harvie. Our thanks go to Emma Warwick for her hard work whilst on committee last year.

Our 2011/2012 programme has now been finalised.

In a break from tradition, we will be handing Panto responsibility over to CAST Academy, and for the first time we will stage a CAST Christmas Show on 9th and 10th December.

From 28th to 31st March 2012 we will be staging a fantastic production of the play Jekyll & Hyde.

Summer 2012 will see us provide a fitting build-up to the London Olympics as we stage the blockbuster musical 'The Wedding Singer'. We challenge you not to smile from ear to ear at this fabulous feelgood show!

Did you know that CAST have one designated non-public charity night for every show which they perform??? Entrance to the show is completely free and refreshments are served to the patrons in the interval. If you work for a voluntary organisation, in a residential home or run a local organisation or you know of a local group who could benefit from a free night out at the theatre, please contact us for further details.

Why not sit back, relax and let CAST take the strain for your child's birthday party. Many of our Productions such as Pantomime, Musicals and CAST Academy productions are suitable for children of all ages and they can enjoy an afternoon or evening at the theatre, as can YOU! with CAST providing the entertainment at a discounted group booking ticket rate.

Show related goodie bags can be arranged by CAST (with sufficient prior notice) as well as the birthday boy or girl having their photo taken with the cast of the show on stage after the performance.
